We hope you absolutely love everything from Susie Lou! In the unfortunate instance that something does not work out, we are here to help and will gladly issue a gift card for the value of the merchandise or exchange your item within 7 days! O N L I N E Purchases
★ For defective/damaged item claims: contact us via email within 3 days of delivery date with your name, order number, and photos of the damages.
★ Items must be in NEW condition and not have been worn, washed, altered, or damaged in any way, with all tags still attached.
★ Items returned to us with makeup, deodorant, perfume, cigarette, animal hair/odor, or similar product stains will be shipped back to you at your own expense and/or refused in-store. Susie Lou reserves the right to refuse a store credit or exchange based on the condition of the item being returned.
★ Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date for credit (gift card) only lest the cost of shipping ($5, will be applied even if shipping was free to the customer). Return items must be post marked and shipped no later than 7 days of the date received. Once your return is processed, you will receive a notice via email informing you of your credit. Please allow 3 business days for us to process your return. If your return item is postmarked 7 days after the date received, your item will not be accepted and a credit will NOT be issued. In this case, the item can be returned to you at your own expense.
★ The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as products lost or damaged in the mail before they reach Susie Lou.
★ ALL sale items, gift cards, deal of the day items, markdowns, bralettes, jewelry, purses, accessories, gifts, and items purchased with a coupon code are FINAL SALE and cannot be exchanged.
★ If you send back a non-returnable item (as listed above) a credit will NOT be issued. Item will only be returned at your expense.
★ SHOES: Must be returned in un-damaged box (box within a separate shipping package)
★ Exchanges: We cannot provide exchanges (or holds) due to limited inventory. If you would like a different size or color, we suggest ordering the new item and returning the original item.
★ No price adjustments for previously purchased items. Gift cards are final sale and cannot be refunded.
★ Shipping costs are non-refundable.
